The Danlite OBD (₹129) is a digital product. Payments made inside the app are covered by this policy.

When you can get a refund

  • The app cannot be installed or does not work on a compatible Android device, and we cannot fix it after you contact us within 7 days of payment.
  • You were charged more than once for the same account.

When we cannot refund

  • The problem is an incompatible adapter, vehicle or phone that we told you about before you paid, or misuse of the app.

How to ask

Send the payment reference and your registered email through the contact form, or email support@danlite.in or call 9259286682. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Delivery

The app is delivered digitally. Access is linked to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Torque

Torque is not sold by Danlite, so we cannot refund it.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
