You can ask us to delete your Danlite OBD account and personal details at any time.
How to ask
- Write to support@danlite.in from the email address registered in the app, with the subject “Delete my Danlite OBD account”.
- We confirm that the request is from you.
- We delete your account and personal details within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account, your email address, your device identifier and your licence record.
What we keep
Payment and refund records are kept for up to 8 years, because business records must be kept by law. Encrypted backups are replaced over time, so a deleted account can remain in a backup until that copy is replaced.
Your licence
Deleting your account ends your licence. It is not refunded after the 7-day window described in the Refund Policy.
